Provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to safely handle, load, carry and discharge chemical tanker cargoes and the supervision and training of personnel involved in operation procedures. AMSA approved.
Masters, Chief Engineers, Chief Mates, Second Engineer Officers and any person with immediate responsibility for cargo operations (as per IMO STCW Reg. V/1) responsible for loading, discharging and care in transit or handling cargo.
