This course is designed to provide insights into how the crew of a passenger ship should communicate with passengers in an emergency. The course will take you through how to make announcements, terminology that should be used when talking to passengers in an emergency, and how to ensure they are most likely to follow instructions.

Assessment:An assessment will be provided at the end of the course (fully online), you will have unlimited attempts to achieve the 100% pass mark.
