Emilie Donovan, Training Manager, explained that customer satisfaction is a high priority for AMC Search, and such impressive results — monitored through our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System — can be ascribed to the high caliber of AMC Search’s teaching and lecturing staff.

“Virtually all our course tutors and lecturers have decades of hands-on maritime industry experience, with many progressing through the ranks to commanding vessels or other senior positions.

“They successfully draw on their experience during their teaching to engage students, and combine their backgrounds with their lecturing expertise.”

Virtually all our course tutors and lecturers have decades of hands-on maritime industry experience. A further 94.39% of customers agreed that they enjoyed their course and 95.34% left with a good understanding of the course concepts.

AMC Search has been delivering training for over 30 years, over which period it has honed its offerings to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Training facilities such as our dedicated firefighting training centre are rare, and mean that course participants benefit from hands-on experience, rather than the simulated versions offered by many providers.

AMC Search also offers the largest range of maritime training in Australia, meaning greater choice and frequency to suit individuals’ needs.

Affordable on-campus accommodation and helpful administrative staff are further contributing factors to customer satisfaction.
