AMC Search (AMCS) has achieved 26 years of continuous quality management certification following recent re-certification to the latest standard.
The organisation was successfully re-certified to ISO 9001:2015 in November after an audit by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
Since 1993, AMC Search has consistently met the requirements of the ISO standard, the world’s most popular and most commonly used standard for quality management systems.
The re-certification confirms that AMC Search consistently provides products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and enhances customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
AMC Search CEO, Dean Cook, said the re-certification confirms AMC Search’s commitment to quality.
“Certification to ISO quality standards has now been part of AMC Search’s quality management policy for 26 years, in which time we are proud to have consistently met the latest requirements.
“This re-certification recognises the quality of AMC Search’s processes and our commitment to improving customer satisfaction, both of which are key to delivering our customers with services of the highest possible quality.”
