AMC Search is excited to welcome Jillian Carson-Jackson to its Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) training team.

Jillian has spent over three decades working in the maritime industry in Canada and Australia.
She spent 22 years in the Canadian Coast Guard, including 10 years at the Canadian Coast Guard College, where she designed, taught and supervised training of maritime communications and vessel traffic services.
Jillian also worked for nine years at the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, including as Vessel Traffic and Pilotage Services Manager.
In addition to her industry experience, Jillian has postgraduate qualifications in Adult Education, Curriculum Development and Computer Mediated Communication.
A fellow of both the Royal Institute of Navigation and the Nautical Institute, Jillian was recently elected as a Vice-President of the Nautical Institute (NI).
AMC Search CEO, Dean Cook, welcomed Jillian to the AMC Search team.

Jillian takes the helm after previous VTS tutor Joakim Trygg Mansson moved onto to a full- time position with the Australian Maritime Safety Authority.
