Safe Bulk Loading Online meets the training requirements in the International Maritime Organisation’s Code of Practice for the Safe Loading and Unloading of Bulk Cargoes (the BLU Code). The IMO BLU Code was developed specifically to help reduce the number of accidents caused by improper loading and discharging.
Course participants anywhere in the world can complete the course at their own pace and gain an Australian Maritime College Certificate in Safe Bulk Loading.

Safe Bulk Loading Practice online is provided using our online learning environment, aXcelerate student portal. The course involves the viewing of multiple videos, which require a reasonable internet connection speed. Certain components will need to be completed on a desktop/laptop computer, and we suggest using Google Chrome as your browser.
You will be emailed your username and password once your registration has been processed.
Thoroughly enjoyed the course. I have done the classroom version and found this more effective as I was able to understand the course material at my own pace and revisit information to re-understand the content.
