The Prevention and response to Violence and Harassment On Board Vessel incorporates the new STCW requirements according to the amendment to STCW Table A-VI-4. This course focuses on Bullying, Harassment and Violence on board vessels.

All seafarers who hold a Certificate of Safety Training or higher prior to 01 January 2026.

Learning Outcomes:Upon successful completion of this training, participants will:
1. Basic knowledge of what constitutes violence, harassment, bullying, and sexual assault in the workplace. 
2. Understanding the consequences of these behaviors on victims, perpetrators, and overall shipboard safety. 
3. The ability to identify, safely intervene in, and properly report incidents. 
4. Basic principles for supporting victims and bystanders using a trauma-informed approach. 

Assessment:An assessment will be provided at the end of the course (fully online), you will have unlimited attempts to achieve the 100% pass mark.
