We are seeking a Part Time Industry and Education Partnership Coordinator to help organise our maritime engineering alumni to support school-based career activities such as expos, talks, and workshops. The role focuses on mobilising alumni to attend these events and share their experiences of the maritime engineering industry (Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering) as well as education pathways at the Australian Maritime College.
This position is ideally suited to someone with strong organisational and communication skills. The role does not require attendance at events; instead, it involves coordinating alumni participation, ensuring volunteers are briefed, equipped with marketing collateral, and are in the right place at the right time.
The role can be performed remotely and involves regular engagement with alumni by phone and email to encourage participation and advocacy for the sector.
