High Speed Navigation highlights the need for a professional approach to watchkeeping at high-speed and the ability to operate within a team environment. This course meets the requirements of the High Speed Craft Code, Chapter 18.
To be eligible for the issue of an AMSA approved certificate, candidates must possess a valid Certificate of Competency as Master Class 4 as a minimum requirement, or an appropriate marine qualification for high-speed craft.
The following certificate will be issued by AMC to participants who successfully complete the course and provide documentary evidence to satisfy the certificate issue prerequisite:
Full attendance and participation in ALL activities during the course will satisfy the required performance criteria.
If you do not hold the required prerequisites, you will be issued with an AMC Statement of Results.
