TV Bluefin is a purpose built fisheries training vessel.
Bluefin has been chartered by a diverse range of maritime companies and has been used extensively by the offshore industry for underwater pipeline work and hydrographic surveying. She has also been used by charterers for such diverse work as:
- Rescuing stranded Antarctic scientists from Macquarie Island
- Minesweeping trials for the Royal Australian Navy
- Survey work for undersea cables in Bass Strait
- Marine environment survey work for science organisations in Australia

TV PINDURO is owned and operated by AMCS, and is used extensively in the training of Pacific Patrol Boat crews for the Department of Defence.
To facilitate this training PINDURO is fitted with the same electronic equipment found on a Pacific Patrol Boat, which includes radar, GPS plotter, gyro compass, auto pilot as well as communications equipment.
FTV Reviresco is a 14m steel hull, ex-Queensland prawn trawler. She is used for training students in prawn trawling techniques and for research and development, particularly in the field of gear technology.
TV Stephen Brown is a former collier moored permanently at Beauty Point, where she has been renovated for use as a stationary training ship. She is connected to shore power and water to enable propulsion plant to be operated for training purposes. Holds 1 and 2 have been installed with a variety of fully operational machinery for training purposes.
A Damage Control (Flood) Unit is aboard the ship, which includes three flood-able compartments in the superstructure are used to provide damage control training for civil and Department of Defence Pacific Patrol Boat personnel.
