This course is designed to introduce the concept of the draught survey. Stepping through the process of undertaking a draught survey, participants will be able to identify the required inputs of a draught survey and how the amount of cargo on board is calculated.

Learning Outcomes:Upon successful completion of this training, participants will:
1. Understand the concept of displacement of a vessel
2. Know how draft marks are read and corrected 
3. Be able to identify the weights on a ship required for a draft survey
4. Be able to summarise the steps required to measure the amount of cargo on board;
Assessment:An assessment will be provided at the end of the course (fully online), you will have unlimited attempts to achieve the 100% pass mark.
