Participants should have the following skills or background:
- At least two years experience in food e.g. manufacturing, servicing, primary producer, or equivalent
- At least two years experience in quality assurance/quality control function in the food industry
- Understanding of food safety issues
- Have undertaken at least a two day HACCP* training course conducted by a recognised provider |
