AMC Search has recently applied for approval to deliver RABQSA accredited training which meets the knowledge component of the NFSA scheme certification requirements.

The course provides:

- The required skills and competence to undertake effective external food safety audits
-  Nationally accredited Food Safety Auditor training to 4 levels (subject to final accreditation audit).

Where there are sufficient numbers of participants, courses can be conducted on demand, on client premises, intrastate and interstate.

*HACCP training can also be offered by AMC.

PREREQUISITES

Level 1-3: A working knowledge of English. Level 4: Refer to the RABQSA website www.rabqsa.com

Participants should have the following skills or background:

- At least two years experience in food e.g. manufacturing, servicing, primary producer, or equivalent

- At least two years experience in quality assurance/quality control function in the food industry

- Understanding of food safety issues

- Have undertaken at least a two day HACCP* training course conducted by a recognised provider
