The Bluefin crew had a hectic conclusion to 2007, with consecutive charters over several weeks requiring work operations at sea 24/7, almost up to Christmas Eve.

Bluefin provided a platform for side scan sonar and sub-bottom profiling work off the coasts of Tasmania and Victoria for Santos Ltd., over October/November.

This was followed by fisheries research work over November/December on behalf of Deakin University in the Great Australian Bight area.

Each charter achieved the desired objectives for clients, both of whom were fulsome in the praise of all the assistance and support, over and above the call of duty, provided by Skipper Angus Moore and his crew.
