Kuwait - 18 Months

The international business arm of the Australian Maritime College, AMC Search Ltd., requires a Project Administrator for an 18 month Job Competency Based System project for the Kuwait National Petroleum Company.

Commencing later this year, the Project Administrator will co-ordinate the activities of AMC Search short-term specialist consultants visiting Kuwait for the project, act as the local contact and liaison person between AMC Search and its client and other Kuwait stakeholders; facilitate information gathering and dissemination required for the Project; monitor the Project's progress against milestones and schedules; be responsible for the efficient compilation and presentation of electronic data bases that will form an integral part of the Project's output, and preparation of regular Project reports.

An experienced administrator, preferably with a technical and/or training background (not essential), Computer literacy essential including Word, Access, Microsoft Projects and Excel.

A self-starter is needed, comfortable in working in a foreign country currently under-going exciting economic and cultural development.

Salary US$60,000 p.a. (tax free in Kuwait ) plus lease of vehicle and fully furnished (single) flat. Return air fares, including holiday break.
