AMC Search provides a simulated environment ideal for evaluating human behavior and performance.

We work with clients to model their own vessels, infrastructure and operations, providing a highly-realistic environment in which to observe personnel conducting day-to-day and emergency operations.

Our human performance consulting helps clients integrate human behavior and human-centred design into their design and operation. Human performance activities are also ideal preparation for real-world maritime emergencies as well as forming the basis of effective team building activities.

Our human performance consultancy is provided using the Australian Maritime College’s Centre for Maritime Simulations, which ranks among Australia’s most advance maritime simulators.
