AMC Search is the commercial arm of the AMC, which is Australia’s premier provider of maritime education, training and research.

Port Ash Australia Pty Ltd

AMC Search is pleased to link with the Australian Shiphandling Centre, Port Ash, and being able to add its manned models pilotage training capabilities to its own Integrated Marine Simulation capabilities, for the benefit of clients. Where organisations choose to undertake programs involving both Port Ash’s manned models and AMC’s simulator, special terms can be arranged providing economies of scale and savings to clients.

Australian Maritime Hydrodynamics Research Centre

The AMHRC is a collaborative research organisation, established in late 2002 as part of the Commonwealth Government’s Major National Research Facilities Program by the Australian Maritime College, the Defence Science and Technology Organisation of the Department of Defence and the University of Tasmania.

Australian Maritime Safety Authority

The Australian Maritime Safety Authority is a largely self-funded government agency with the charter of enhancing efficiency in the delivery of safety and other services to the Australian maritime industry. To assist the shipping industry maintain our marine environment, AMSA implements and enforces a number of legislative requirements on the industry. Short courses offered by AMC Search are approved by AMSA as meeting these requirements.
