Course Duration
1 Day. NOTE: Reduced duration only applies if undertaken in conjunction with a Tanker Safety course. AMSA approved 2 day Tanker Familiarisation courses can be arranged on demand.Course Aim
The Tanker Familiarisation course is designed to provide training for officers and ratings assigned specific duties and responsibilities relating to cargo or cargo equipment on tankers.
Certificate
Upon successful completion, participants will be issued:
AMSA approved AMC Advanced Oil Tanker Safety Certificate meeting the requirements of Section A-V/1-1-1, STCW78 as amended
