Course Aim

The aim of these courses is to provide candidates with the skills and knowledge required to safely handle, load, carry and discharge chemical tanker cargoes and the supervision and training of personnel involved in operation procedures.  Courses can be conducted interstate, internationally, and separately on demand.

Certificate

Participants who satisfactorily complete the course and provide documentary evidence to satisfy the course pre-requisite will be issued: 

  • AMSA approved AMC Advanced Oil Tanker Safety Certificate meeting the requirements of Section    A-V/1, paras 9-14, STCW78 as amended.
  • AMSA approved AMC Advanced Chemical Tanker Safety Certificate meeting the requirements of Section    A-V/1, paras 16-21, STCW78 as amended
