Course Aim

This course meets the training requirements of the IMO Code of Practice for the Safe Loading and Unloading of Bulk Carriers and has the approval of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA).   The course is designed for terminal supervisors and line managers as well as operational and other staff from related organisations.  The course is in two parts:

Part 1: A distance education package comprising an interactive study guide and reading material. 

Part 2: A 2-day workshop of approximately 12 hours duration to be conducted on-site.
